Job summary

PT China Huadian Engineering Indonesia is seeking a Tax Specialist to manage Indonesian tax compliance and reporting. You will handle monthly and annual tax returns, audits, and liaise with tax authorities, ensuring accurate data and timely payments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Taxation, 3+ years in tax, and proficiency with Coretax, Kingdee, and Excel. English communication is needed; Mandarin is a plus. Salary negotiated after interview.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax administration through Coretax DJP (e-Faktur, e-Bupot) and other reporting systems.
• Identify tax risks and implement measures to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Ensure timely tax payments, accurate reporting, and proper documentation.

A Tax Specialist role focused on managing and ensuring the company tax compliance in accordance with the latest Indonesian tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

Manage and ensure the company tax compliance in accordance with the latest Indonesian tax regulations

Calculate, prepare, and file monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPN, and Corporate Income Tax/PPh Badan)

Reconcile tax data with financial statements and accounting records

Prepare supporting documents for tax audits and handle correspondence with tax authorities

Monitor updates in tax regulations and provide recommendations to management regarding their business impact

Manage tax administration through Coretax DJP, including e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and other applicable tax reporting systems

Identify potential tax risks and implement measures to ensure ongoing compliance

Ensure timely tax payments, accurate reporting, and proper documentation

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tax Specialist or in a similar role with background in the same industry or related field

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and corporate taxation practices

Experience in preparing and submitting tax returns and tax related reports

Proficiency with official tax platforms Coretax (e-Faktur & e-Bupot) and advanced MS Excel

Proficient in accounting & finance software, such as Kingdee, Yonyou, or equivalent ERP systems

Familiarity with tax reconciliation, tax audits, and tax compliance processes

Brevet A, B, & C certification is required

High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills

Good communication in English is required; Mandarin is a plus

Salary will be negotiated after passing the user interview stage
