Job summary

PwC Indonesia is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate in Advisory Deals to help clients maximize value through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets. You will conduct research, forecast analysis, and build valuation models as part of a team delivering robust deal insights.

Role requires strong English, relevant degrees, and willingness to engage across deal lifecycle from strategy to execution. Travel up to 40% is common; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Majoring in Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
• GPA above 3.0 / Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction from top universities (Indonesia or abroad).
• Interested in consulting and/or financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project.
• Prepare deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen.
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
• Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters.
• Work on developing internal relationships and PwC brand.

Responsibilities

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Requirements

• Majoring in Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or any other related fields;
• GPA above 3.0 / Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction average from top U universities in Indonesia and overseas.
• Interested in the consulting and/or financial services industry.
• CFA and/or CPA and/or equivalent professional qualifications will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to speak good English language.
• Minimum years of requirements:
• Associate: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Senior Associate: A minimum 3-years professional experience in a major financial advisory firm.
