Job summary

PwC Indonesia is seeking an Associate in Deals Transaction Services to support financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. You’ll join a team that blends strategy and execution to maximise value in deal processes, analysing financial, commercial and operational assumptions.

As part of the PwC network, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across services, and stay current with financial developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0 / Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction average from top public and private universities in Indonesia and overseas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
• Have an interest in Financial Due Diligence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams at all levels.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
