PwC Indonesia is seeking an Associate to join the Financial Due Diligence practice within Deals Transaction Services. You will help both buy-side and sell-side due diligence, analysing financial, commercial, and operational data to validate key assumptions and create value for deals.
You will work with cross-functional teams, communicating insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0 / Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction average from top public and private universities in Indonesia and overseas. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights. Have an interest in Financial Due Diligence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams at all levels. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
