Job summary

The role involves sourcing candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting, plus conducting screenings, interviews, and coordinating onboarding. You will support employer branding and maintain strong talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience in high-volume hiring and fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals.
• Willing to undertake a 2–3 month hiring project.
• Able to join ASAP.
