Job summary

Beca in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic team for a six-month fixed term contract. You will own end-to-end recruitment, focusing on candidate experience and coordinating interviews to support hiring managers and university intern campaigns.

You will work with Talent Acquisition Partners across Asia and help attract top technical talent, balancing delivery with strategic advice in a fast-paced environment.

To support our growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us in our Jakarta office.

You Will Be Involved In

• Delivering end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on candidate experience
• Coordinating interviews and supporting a positive candidate experience through timely communication and effective coordination
• Advising Hiring Managers on best-practice recruitment approaches and partnering with them to deliver successful hiring outcomes
• Working alongside Talent Acquisition Business Partners to support recruitment processes
• Supporting graduate and university intern recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and social media initiatives

This role is fast-paced and offers variety, exposure to a range of talent acquisition project activities, and the opportunity to influence how we attract talent across Beca.

About You

You are an experienced recruitment professional with sound judgement, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are curious, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with the ability to balance delivery with advice and insight. Most importantly, you care about candidate experience and high-quality talent acquisition.

You Will Bring

• End to end recruitment experience ideally from an engineering or technical environment.
• Experience in using recruitment/ HRIS or applicant tracking systems, recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, or a similar people-focused role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities simultaneously and multiple hiring managers.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Strong Bahasa and English verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
