Job summary

PT Indocyber Global Teknologi is seeking a skilled System Administrator to support our IT infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. The role involves hands‑on management of servers, AD, networks, virtualization, and backups.

You will collaborate with IT teams to ensure security, performance, and reliable operations, create and maintain technical documentation, and troubleshoot complex issues with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as System Administrator.
Experience with Windows Server and Linux OS administration.
Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
Strong knowledge of AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, File/Print Server administration.
Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, Grafana.
Scripting/automation using PowerShell, Bash or Python.
Understanding of cloud, hybrid environments, and cloud migration.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
