Qualifications

• Strong networking knowledge.
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers and Office 365.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills; travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain server and network infrastructure across physical, cloud, and virtual environments.
• Manage user accounts and access rights to ensure system security and integrity.
• Maintain system security through patches, OS and software updates, and firewall configurations.
• Execute regular data backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Provide technical support to users by handling tickets and performing initial troubleshooting.
