• Strong knowledge of multiple server OS (Linux/Unix/Windows/AS400) and databases (Oracle/SQL/MariaDB).

• - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• - Having 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with Geneos or any application monitoring products.
• - Understand monitoring tools principles and having hands‑on experience configuring monitoring parameters (e.g., Geneos/ BMC Helix/ Entuity/ DynaTrace/ Splunk/ Prometheus/ DataDog/ ManageEngine, etc.).
• - Comprehensive knowledge and hands‑on experience for multiple server OS (e.g., Linux/ Unix/ Windows/ AS400, etc.) and Database (e.g., Oracle/ SQL/ MariaDB, etc.).
• - Able to communicate in English professionally — verbal and written (Fluent).
• - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• - Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• - Will be placed at Banking Company.
