Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a System Analyst to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and guide the technical team through the software development lifecycle.

You will work closely with business users and stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver scalable systems that meet both business and technical needs. Strong experience as a System Analyst in multifinance is required, with 1–2 years in this role and 2+ years as a software engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• 1–2 years of experience as a System Analyst, with at least 2 years as a Software Developer/Engineer.
• Mandatory: prior System Analyst experience within a multifinance company.
• Strong planning, architecting, designing, estimating, and executing of software development projects.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of IT, software development, distributed systems/frameworks, and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with troubleshooting ability.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, virtualization, containerization, and issue-tracking tools.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
