Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in banking or fintech.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and message-based integration.
• Familiarity with Indonesian payment rails (RTGS, SKN, BI-FAST), SWIFT, and Bank Indonesia’s SNAP standards.
• Proven experience in creating API specifications, sequence diagrams, and technical integration documentation (BRD/SOP).
• Solid understanding of core banking system concepts (e.g., Temenos or similar platforms) and integration methods via real-time or batch services.
• Familiarity with supporting infrastructure components, including API Gateways, IAM, caching, and file storage systems.
