Job summary

Pt.-Verla-Mitra-Lestari is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to design and deliver banking integration solutions across Indonesia. You will bridge technical teams in Korea, clients, and vendors, supporting pre-sales and translating business needs into practical integration options.

You will lead architecture documentation (ERDs, sequence diagrams) and coordinate implementation from kickoff to post-launch support, leveraging DOZN’s D-Banking framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in solutions architecture, backend engineering, or technical integration.
• Strongly preferred background in banking or fintech sectors.
• Proficiency in English.
• Hands-on mastery of system architecture documentation, including ERDs, sequence diagrams, and API design.
• Deep understanding of integration technologies such as OAuth 2.0, REST APIs, webhooks, and digital signatures.
• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting using log analysis and SQL.
• Confident in facilitating architecture reviews and technical discussions with clients.
• Knowledge of Indonesian payment standards and banking protocols such as SNAP API, Virtual Account, and BI-FAST is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design sequence diagrams, flow diagrams, ERDs, and technical documentation for client integrations
• Facilitate technical documentation reviews directly with bank stakeholders
• Facilitate technical discussions with client and vendor engineering teams, analyzing and resolving design issues in collaboration with HQ engineering teams when necessary
• Support presales by joining Sales in meetings with prospective banks and merchants, walking through solutions and translating business needs into practical technical options
• Work closely as a technical partner with HQ's Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams
• Translate requirements into implementable system architecture based on DOZN’s standard D-Banking integration framework, and propose, discuss, and coordinate appropriate technical alternatives
• Act as the first point of technical escalation when clients raise issues, diagnosing and resolving them where possible or working with HQ teams to reach a resolution
• Support API integration, testing, UAT, production readiness, and go-live activities with clients, HQ teams, and vendor partners

About Our Client

Our client is a Korean-based fintech company specializing in digital banking solutions. As they continue to expand their D-Banking platform across Indonesia, they are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to support banking integration projects and deliver innovative digital banking solutions for financial institution clients.

The Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering banking integration solutions for clients across Indonesia. Acting as the technical bridge between the engineering team in Korea, clients, and vendor partners, you will support technical pre-sales, translate business requirements into practical integration solutions, and coordinate technical implementation from project initiation through post-launch support.
