Job summary

PT TechTiera Services Indonesia is seeking a System Analyst with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software development or IT operations, including at least 1–2 years as a developer (backend/full-stack). You will translate client needs into technical specs and contribute to SDLC, Agile/Scrum projects, and architecture decisions.

The role involves designing technical specifications, performing end-to-end QA, documenting APIs and data dictionaries, and integrating AI into the development

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a System Analyst in a software development or IT operations environment, with at least 1–2 years of experience as a Developer (backend/full-stack).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in translating client or internal business requirements into technical specifications.
• In-depth understanding of the SDLC and various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in using analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, or UML diagramming tools.

Responsibilities

• Technical Design: designing product technical specifications meeting functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance).
• Quality Assurance: end-to-end product integration testing to ensure requirements and quality standards.
• Product Documentation: prepare documentation including ERD, sequence diagrams, API docs, data dictionaries and testing scenarios.
• AI Integration: implementing AI-based tools into the SDLC.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: collaborate with QC, BA, UI/UX to ensure timely, aligned project execution.

Job description

• - In-depth understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• - Databases & Architecture: Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and Web Services.
• - Development Management: Familiarity with GIT-based source control and issue tracking/ticketing tools.
• - Work Methodology: Experienced in working with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• - Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and sharp analytical thinking.
• - Preference given to candidates with experience using the Angular framework and .NET C# or Java programming languages.
