Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a System Analyst to design and develop technical requirement documents aligned with business needs. You will maintain documentation to be up-to-date and clear for cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA to ensure technical requirements reflect business goals. The role emphasizes IT Operations, InfoSec, and governance across channels while driving reliable system transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology (preferred).
• 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing application development teams (preferably ex-software engineer).
• Extra points for experience in financial services (investment, remittance, lending).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Balanced technical and business-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical requirements documents such as API Contracts, Sequence Diagram, ERD, and FSM Diagram.
• Ensure solutions align with technical requirements by collaborating with Product Owners/PMs, TOs, Developers, and QA Engineers.
• Ensure efficient IT Operations Management and smooth IT Transition.
• Support IT InfoSec and GRC by enhancing vulnerability management and implementing security initiatives across channels.

Job description

As System Analyst, you will design and develop technical requirement documents that align with business requirements and maintain the documentation in a consistent and up-to-date manner.

Job Responsibility:

• Design and develop technical requirements document such as (but not limited to) API Contracts, Sequence Diagram, ERD, and FSM Diagram.
• Ensuring developed solution are aligned with technical requirements by collaborating with Product Owners / Product Managers, Technical Product Owners, Developers, Solution Architects and QA Engineers to align business requirements with technical requirements.
• Ensure the efficient & reliable IT Operational Management and smooth IT Transition.
• Ensure in the area IT InfoSec and GRC Management by enhance vulnerability management by implement internal bug-bounty program, PDP end-state solution fully implemented on existing 7 interaction channel and zero critical security incident.

We are looking for Talents with:

• Bachelor's degree. (Preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a leadership role overseeing application development teams with preferably coming from or have experience as software engineer.
• Extra plus if have experience working in financial service industry such as investment, remittance, lending.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Having a good balance for technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset.
