Job summary

BINUS is seeking an OS/Server Administrator to maintain servers and operating systems and to support ERP infrastructure. The role includes installing and configuring servers, backups, and user administration within a security-focused environment.

Responsibilities cover system maintenance, ERP and analytic applications support, and general management activities. Diploma or sixth-semester students in Computer Studies are welcome to apply, with no prior work experience required.

Qualifications

• Diploma D3 or university student (6th semester) in Computer Studies.
• Willing to learn OS/server administration and security.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, especially Oracle ERP/PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Maintain servers and operating systems; install and configure servers and firewalls.
• Backup and restore data for users; provide user administration services.
• Support Oracle ERP (PeopleSoft) and Analytic Applications.
• Perform general system maintenance and security administration.

Maintain server and Operation System:

• - Install and configure server and firewall on server.
• - Backup and restore data user.
• - Provide administration service related to user administration.
• - Support software system.

Operation System Administration activities and high security level optimization:

• - Design and develop Server.
• - Test the system.
• - Conduct network system administration to servers.
• - Administer system security.
• - Install and configure Web Server, Mail Server and DNS Server.
• - System (Domain, Web, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, Antivirus) Administration.
• - System Maintenance.
• - System & Application Backup.

ERP & Analytics:

• - Participate in the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure of Oracle ERP (PeopleSoft) and Analytic Application.
• - Support the technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure related to Oracle ERP and Analytic Application.
• - Support the availability and operation of Oracle ERP and Analytic database for operational activities conducted by units within BINUS Units.

Supporting Management Activities:

• - Submit activities report.
• - Carry out activities related to Quality System.
• - Perform other duties as instructed by direct supervisor.

General Requirement:

• - Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), or University student (6th semester) in Computer Studies
