Job summary

Kamoro Maxima Integra is hiring a Systems Administrator to manage and optimize server, virtualization, storage, backup, and network infrastructure in East Java. The role involves Windows Server administration, ESXi/vCenter, Nutanix/vSAN, and Veeam Backup, with IT/OT awareness and English communication for global coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a 3+ year track record, a degree in Information Systems or CS, and hands-on experience with HPE hardware and enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA ≥3.00.
• 3+ years of Systems Administrator experience.
• Strong Windows Server administration experience.
• Hands-on VMware ESXi and vCenter administration.
• Experience with Nutanix and/or vSAN.
• Familiar with Veeam Backup and recovery solutions.
• Understanding IT/OT control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA).
• Experience handling HPE enterprise hardware.
• Good networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, firewall).
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

• Ensure infrastructure security, documentation, and IT operational standards and procedures.
• Support IT/OT environments when required.

Job description

As a Systems Administrator you will be responsible:

Manage, maintain, and monitor server, virtualization, storage, backup, and network infrastructure to ensure system reliability, availability, and security.

Administer Windows Server environments, VMware ESXi/vCenter, Nutanix, vSAN, Veeam Backup, and HPE server infrastructure.

Perform system installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, and infrastructure optimization activities.

Support day-to-day infrastructure operations and provide technical troubleshooting for server, virtualization, backup, and network-related issues.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support infrastructure projects, system improvements, and operational requirements.

Ensure infrastructure security, system documentation, and compliance with IT operational standards and procedures.

Support and coordinate activities within industrial/control system (IT/OT) environments when required.

Communicate effectively in English for technical discussions, documentation, reporting, and coordination with regional or global teams.

Requirements:

Must be willing to be placed in Manyar, East Java. Already lived in the region will be prioritized.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant studies with minimum GPA of 3.00.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Administration

Strong experience in Windows Server administration.

Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter administration. Experienced managing Nutanix and/or vSAN infrastructure.

Familiar with Veeam Backup and recovery solutions.

Must have understanding of Control System (IT/OT) such as PLC,. DCS, SCADA. Having experience with Control Systems will be an advantage.

Experience handling HPE node servers and enterprise hardware environments.

Good understanding of Network Fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, firewall basics).

Proficiency in spoken and written English, technical and conversational.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
