Systemiq Ltd. in Jakarta is seeking a Manager to join the Sustainable Finance team. You will lead advisory projects delivering breakthrough insights, action, and results for investors, corporates and policymakers.

You will develop innovative financial solutions to shift capital toward low-carbon, nature-positive opportunities and guide ground-breaking ventures. Collaborate with partners and communicate impact to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Business-level English is required, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's capital markets and macro trends.
• Understanding of how financial institutions and instruments shift capital for sustainability.
• Familiarity with ESG, sustainable, and climate finance trends.
• 5+ years in a professional system-change environment (leadership/research/advisory).
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Support partners to identify investment opportunities in a low-carbon, nature-positive economy.
• Lead a team of System Change Leaders and help them thrive.
• Consolidate data and perform analyses to answer key questions for insights.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with project partners and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insights and practical solutions for successful transformations.
• Support monitoring, evaluating, and communicating business model and impact.
