Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a sustainability-focused professional to support certification across building and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with the global sustainability team to plan submissions, track credits, and ensure milestones are achieved from design through construction.

You will act as the local contact for LEED, TREES and Green Mark processes, collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver compliant outcomes. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Building Services, or related.
• 4–5 years in building design, project coordination, sustainability consulting, or construction project management.
• Experience with sustainability rating systems (LEED, TREES, Green Mark) preferred.
• LEED AP accreditation preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong coordination and communication with clients, consultants, and reviewers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the global sustainability team to establish certification strategy and schedules.
• Act as local point of contact for certification matters (LEED, TREES, Green Mark) throughout the project.
• Facilitate coordination between client, design consultants, contractors and reviewers to meet certification milestones.
• Track credits, submissions, action items and risks; prepare reports and progress updates.
• Identify risks and escalate to the global sustainability team for input.
