Job summary

Central Park Mall is seeking a Compliance & Sustainability Officer to establish and monitor HSE standards for tenants, vendors, and operations. You will lead risk mapping, hazard identification, and regulatory reviews to keep facilities compliant and safe.

The role requires AK3 Umum certification, a bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering or K3, and at least 1 year of HSE experience. Shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree of Environmental Engineering or K3
• At least 1 year of working experience in HSE Compliance and Audit K3L
• Proficiency in compliance administration, document filing, and reporting systems
• AK3 Umum certification is a must
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations
• Willing to work under shift and public holiday

Responsibilities

• Establish HSE standards for tenants, vendors, and other third parties to ensure safe work
• Work with related functions to conduct risk mapping, hazard identification, and risk control
• Conduct reviews of facility compliance with applicable HSE, industry, and regulatory standards and provide recommendations
• Develop standards, guidelines, regulations, and legislation, and update the company's compliance status
• Create HSE campaigns and promotions based on agreed programs
• Provide training and/or serve as an HSE trainer on required topics
• Conduct analyses and reviews of accident statistics, non-conformities, and other deviations, and provide recommendations for improvement
