Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help design, automate, and optimize modern software delivery processes in Semarang, Indonesia. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development efficiency, reliability, and deployment velocity across cloud environments.

The role covers CI/CD pipeline implementation, IaC automation, monitoring, security, and governance across platforms like Docker and Kubernetes, with exposure to Azure/AWS/GCP and observability tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
1–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, System Administration, Software Engineering, or related role.
Fresh graduates with strong academic background and internships in DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD, IaC, or Automation are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with scripting/automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools.
Monitor performance, identify issues, and improve reliability and availability.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and operations to streamline deployments.
Support containerization and orchestration platforms for scalable environments.
Maintain security, compliance, and governance within DevOps processes.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application issues.
Contribute to documentation and best practices.
