Job description

The Supply Planning Staff is responsible for supporting the end-to-end replenishment process. This role focuses on data administration, MRP modeling, and meticulous documentation to ensure seamless supply chain operations, preventing both stockouts and excess inventory (write-offs).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related fields (Fresh Graduates are very welcome to apply).
• Good understanding of basic Supply Chain Management (SCM) concepts, particularly inventory management, replenishment cycles, and Material Replenishment Planning (MRP).
• Good command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), with exposure to ERP or Oracle systems being a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking to find patterns in inventory data, ensure stock accuracy, and predict potential replenishment issues.
• High attention to detail and a quality-focused approach, with the ability to work efficiently under a strong sense of urgency to meet supply deadlines.

Job Role:

• Data Synthesis & MRP Modeling: Collect and compile all necessary data to execute the Material Replenishment Planning (MRP) model. Ensure all data meets high standards of accuracy before performing calculations to maintain optimal inventory levels in warehouses and stores.
• PR Management & Workflow: Create Purchase Requests (PR) for Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM). Validate requirements with stakeholders, monitor the PR lifecycle, and follow up until goods are successfully received.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure delivery accuracy and timeliness. Identify and resolve shipment issues, maintaining proactive communication regarding inventory status and replenishment hurdles.
• Reporting & Compliance: Manage a systematic filing and documentation system for all supply planning activities. Ensure confidential inventory data is secured, validate documents shared with logistics vendors, and prepare critical issue reports for management.
