Job summary

Pepperl+Fuchs in Indonesia (Bintan) is seeking a Supply Chain Planner 1 to help optimize manufacturing and distribution planning using the o9 planning platform and ERP systems. You will support S&OP processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure availability of subassemblies and finished goods while coordinating with multiple interfaces across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Plan manufacturing and distribution orders based on the o9 planning platform or advanced planning system / ERP system, considering upstream and downstream requirements.
• Fine schedule planning and optimization of the supply plan, prioritizing bottlenecks to produce a detailed production plan.
• Track schedule realization by production and support counter-measures for delays.
• Determine delivery options for customer project requests and their effects on the current supply plan.
• Revise and maintain essential planning parameters in ERP/other planning systems.
• Prepare and report planning KPIs and participate in SFM escalation as needed.
• Plan, control, scrap and replenish subassemblies and finished goods inventory.
• Proactively manage risks and disruptions to minimize impact on availability and propose actions.
