Job summary

Pepperl+Fuchs in Indonesia is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Planning to lead local planning and production planning, coordinating people, processes and metrics to meet customer demand. The role reports to the Global Supply Chain Planning Director and collaborates with regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in SCM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Proficient with ERP, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English; additional Asian language is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability and judgment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead local supply chain planning and production planning.
• Improve systems and processes for material, production and distribution planning.
• Coordinate with Sales, Demand Management, Purchasing and Sales to confirm dates.
• Monitor backlog, delivery reliability, inventory and stock indicators.
• Lead local S&OP and align capacity with demand.
• Manage local supply constraints and escalations.
