Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking a Supply Chain Manager Manufacturing in Tangerang to oversee end-to-end logistics from suppliers to customers, optimize lead times, and ensure ISO/SNI compliance.

You will analyze data, report KPIs to management, manage audits, and drive cost reductions through best practices while aligning with corporate strategy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply chain, strong Excel and SAP MM skills, and fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experiences in supply chain.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Working experience with SAP MM or similar software.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and to customers.
• Optimize logistics operations to reduce lead times and transportation costs.
• Serve as Management Representative for ISO, SNI or other relevant certifications and coordinate audits.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor external factors affecting the supply chain (regulations, trade conditions).
• Utilize data analytics tools to assess and improve supply chain performance.
• Prepare regular KPI reports to management and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Develop and implement the organization’s supply chain strategy and forecast demand.

Oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers.

Optimize logistics operations to reduce lead times and transportation costs

Quality Assurance

Serve as the Management Representative for ISO, SNI or other relevant certifications.

Ensure compliance with ISO and SNI standards and coordinate internal and external audits.

Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.

Monitor external factors such as geopolitical events, international trade conditions and regulatory changes that may impact the supply chain

Data Analysis and Reporting

Utilize data analytics tools to assess and improve supply chain performance.

Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends and technologies
