Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an account management professional to guide Indonesian suppliers through onboarding, monitor store performance, and drive growth on the platform, ensuring smooth setup and compliant operations.

You will deliver training sessions (workshops, webinars, 1-on-1 coaching), conduct regular health checks, review dashboards, and share actionable recommendations with clients and internal teams to maximize retention and platform success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in account management, business development, or a client-facing role.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
• Strong communication skills & customer relationship management.
• Comfortable with data, dashboards, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier verification and onboarding end-to-end (working with third-party verification agencies)
• Review client store performance and share actionable recommendations
• Deliver training sessions (workshops, webinars, 1-on-1 coaching) to help clients operate effectively on the platform
• Conduct regular account health checks to identify risks and growth opportunities
