Job summary

The ideal candidate brings proven retail leadership, a strong sales record, excellent communication, and knowledge of POS and inventory processes.

• Knowledge of retail operations, point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer service excellence and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Indonesian language and basic English communication skills

As Supervisor Salesman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily sales activities, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
