Job summary

PT Anugerah Bahagia Inti Niaga in Palu is seeking an experienced Supervisor Salesman to lead our retail sales operations on a contract basis. You will oversee daily sales activities, coach the team, monitor performance, and ensure top-notch customer service to achieve targets in the local market.

The ideal candidate brings proven retail leadership, a strong sales record, excellent communication, and knowledge of POS and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales supervision or a similar leadership role within the retail sector.
• Strong sales background with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Knowledge of retail operations, point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer service excellence and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Indonesian language and basic English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching and support to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction
• Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques and company policies
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports and inventory documentation
• Ensure the retail environment is well-organised, visually appealing and compliant with company standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Support the merchandising and promotional activities to maximise sales opportunities
• Report sales performance and operational metrics to management on a regular basis
