Job summary

PT Gunung Raja Paksi, Tbk is seeking an experienced Customs & Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end import activities, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international trade rules. You will manage document accuracy, audits, and LC/SKBDN processes while leading a team and coordinating with procurement, warehouse, freight forwarders, banks, and other stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field and at least 5 years in customs, import, or supply chain

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customs and import processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of import documents (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, PIB/PEB).
• Monitor LC/SKBDN processes and coordinate with banks and related parties.
• Identify and mitigate import supply chain risks and inefficiencies.
• Lead and develop the Customs & Logistics team and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Job description

Manage end-to-end customs and import processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian customs and international trade regulations. Oversee import logistics, including shipment scheduling, transportation, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics costs. Handle customs audits and ensure proper resolution of audit findings. Monitor LC/SKBDN processes and coordinate with banks and related parties. Lead, develop, and provide guidance to the Customs & Logistics team.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customs and import processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian customs and international trade regulations

Ensure completeness and accuracy of import documents, including B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, PIB, and related documents

Monitor LC/SKBDN processes and coordinate with banks and related parties

Identify and mitigate risks within the import supply chain

Prepare periodic reports and analyze import and logistics activities to improve efficiency

Lead, develop, and provide guidance to the Customs team

Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Customs, Freight Forwarders/Shipping Lines, PPJK, Insurance Companies, and Banks

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Customs, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Customs, Import, Logistics, or Supply Chain, preferably from a MITA/priority-line company or manufacturing industry

Strong knowledge of customs clearance, import/export processes, and applicable regulations

Experienced in handling customs audits, PIB/PEB, Shipping Instruction, and import documentation

Good understanding of international shipping and logistics processes

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
