Job summary

PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia is seeking a senior manager for its Contracting Directorate. The role oversees project implementation, builds employer relationships, and ensures ISO 9001, K3 & L compliance to improve departmental HR quality.

The candidate should have 5+ years of managerial experience in a related field and be willing to be stationed in Pekanbaru, Riau, with basic English proficiency and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate or bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of managerial work experience in a similar field.
• Have passive English skill.
• Can operate computer well.
• Have a leadership spirit, communicative, negotiation skill & assertive.
• Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Riau.

Responsibilities
