Job summary

PT POMPA DEX INDOGUNA is seeking a Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) supervisory professional to oversee finance, accounting, and tax activities ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance within a dynamic team.

The role requires monitoring cash flow, budgets, payments, and collections; reviewing transactions for accuracy; and ensuring timely financial reporting. Leadership of the FAT team and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Tax.
• Experience as a Supervisor/Leader is an advantage.
• Understanding of Finance, Accounting, Tax and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyse transactions, cash flow, budget and reports.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
