Job summary

PT. Ingco Teknika Indonesia, part of Cipta Group Indonesia, seeks a Supervisor Finance, Accounting & Tax to oversee the Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and tax compliance, while coordinating with related departments for efficient operations. The ideal candidate holds a D3/S1 in Accounting or Finance, has experience in supervising finance functions, and demonstrates strong Excel and ERP software skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience supervising Finance/Accounting/Tax is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow, and taxation.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Job description

Supervisor Finance, Accounting & Tax responsible for overseeing the operations of Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments in accordance with established procedures and standards.

Key responsibilities

Oversee Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations in accordance with SOP

Review transactions, financial reports, cash flow, receivables, payables, and taxation

Ensure reconciliation, financial reporting, and tax obligations are accurate and timely

Coordinate the performance of Finance, Accounting, and Tax team

Coordinate with related departments for Finance, Accounting, and Tax related work

About you

Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field

Experience as Supervisor Finance/Accounting/Tax is a plus

Understanding of accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, reconciliation, and taxation

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software and tax systems

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
