Job summary

Leighton Indonesia is seeking a Supervisor Electrical - Data Center to coordinate electrical work across the project area, aiming to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets while upholding health and safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma in civil/structural engineering or related discipline, deep knowledge of MEP installation and safety regulations, and 7+ years in civil/construction with staff and subcontractor oversight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of civil/construction experience.
• Extensive MEP installation experience and ability to monitor staff.
• Experience managing operational/technical roles in construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to which he has been assigned in order to ensure that targets are achieved
• Coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time in MEP installation.
• Coordinate continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis.
• Ensure sufficient competent technical resources are available in order to effectively perform MEP installation activities.
• Enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
• Develop reports in order to ensure the accurate presentation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization

Currently, Leighton Indonesia is looking for Supervisor Electrical - Data Center.
To coordinate electrical work activities of the project area to which he has been assigned according to agreed plan, while maintaining a health & safe working environment with the prime objective of ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly production targets are achieved.

Key Accountabilities:

• To coordinate the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to which he has been assigned in order to ensure that targets are achieved
• To coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time in MEP installation.
• To coordinate continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis.
• To ensure sufficient competent technical resources are available in order to effectively perform MEP installation activities.
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in civil /structural engineering or related disciplines
• Deep knowledge upon practical application of mechanical/electrical/plumbing installation & safety legal requirements
• 7++ years experience in civil/construction
• Have extensive experience in MEP installation works with a capability in monitoring direct staff and subcontractors
• Experience in managing operational and technical role in the construction industry.
• Experience working at civil contractor is preferred.
