Job summary

PT. United Family Food (Unifam) in Indonesia seeks a Supervisor to lead technicians in installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC units including Chillers, AHUs, Dehumidifiers, Cooling Towers, and pumps. You will monitor BAS data and ensure systems run reliably.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration, 2–3 years supervisory experience, strong leadership, troubleshooting, and ability to work on-site, including emergencies, with safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration engineering.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or lead technician experience in HVAC and BAS.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and motor controls.
• Ability to analyze BAS data logs and detect anomalies.
• Willingness to be placed at site and work under pressure.

• Proficientin analyzing BAS data logs and error trends.
• Familiaritywith BAS platforms is highly preferred.
• Strongleadership and team coordination skills.
