Job summary

THE DOCTOR ASSOCIATE is seeking a proactive operations supervisor to oversee daily activities in your designated area, ensuring services meet high standards. You will lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve targets and maintain service excellence while safeguarding health and safety regulations.

You will manage inventory and budgets, address guest questions, conduct regular inspections, report KPIs to senior management, and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless experiences.

Job description

Supervise and coordinate daily operations within your assigned area, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards

Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and maintain service excellence

Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback, conduct appraisals, and identify development opportunities

Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, health and safety regulations, and standards OPERATIONAL

Manage inventory, resources, and budgets for your designated area to optimise operational efficiency

Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance standards, and operational readiness

Report on key performance indicators and operational metrics to senior management

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integrated service delivery

Implement improvements and best practices to enhance operations and guest experiences
