Job summary

The Next Pathway in Surabaya, an overseas education consultancy, seeks a Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage and grow channels, craft engaging content, and support campaigns across platforms.

You will represent the company at exhibitions and school visits, deliver presentations, build relationships with educational partners, and help recruit students while staying on top of Gen Z trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
• 2+ years’ experience in education consultant preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in social media & digital marketing.
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok and Gen Z trends.
• Proficient with Canva and CapCut for content creation.
• Creative, detail-oriented and trend-aware.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive in building relationships with schools and partners.
• Experience in international education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms.
• Plan and schedule content calendars.
• Respond to enquiries and messages on social platforms.
• Support marketing campaigns and student recruitment activities.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, school visits, and promotional events.
• Deliver presentations and communicate confidently in public.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational partners, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and handle exhibitions, education fairs, and promotional activities.
• Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
