Job summary

The role also involves monitoring academic progress, preparing reports, and ensuring governance of student activities. You will collaborate with campus leaders to implement development programs and monitor SAT‑related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Strong coaching and counseling abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents at BINUS @Campus.
• Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress and participation in programs.
• Prepare and provide academic reports to parents and Head of Program.
• Oversee student organizations, SAT progress, and governance.
• Coordinate with study programs to integrate employability skills into curricula and activities.
• Develop and conduct training materials for employability skills programs.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to the supervisor.
