Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA is seeking a dedicated counselor to support student advisory activities at BINUS @Campus. You will provide counseling services, oversee academic progress, and help implement programs aimed at improving student achievement and personal development.

The role involves coordinating with academic staff, evaluating outcomes, and reporting results to program heads. A Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience are required, with strong coaching and interpersonal

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree is required.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Coaching and counseling skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in student counseling or educational programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a counselor for students and parents BINUS @Campus.
• Provide counseling service to students and their parents (if necessary).
• Overview for students’ academic grade & their study activities.
• Monitor students participation in academic achievement improvement program.
• Implement student monitoring & evaluation in counseling session program.
• Evaluate, summarize and report academic achievement results to Head of Program.
