• Master's degree in psychology or related field.
• At least 2 years in academic counseling or student development.
• Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with student activities/mentoring is a plus; proficient with MS Office and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Implement counseling service, individual development, consultancy and student organization activities to attract high quality students at BINUS @Campus.
• Support BINUS @Campus in academic and employability skills development through counseling and development programs.
• Coordinate and engage with student organizations to enhance student experience and outcomes.
