Job summary

Ruangguru for Business, Majalengka, Indonesia, is seeking a proactive sales-focused professional to monitor students' learning progress, communicate updates to the Academic Team, and support prospective students in making informed decisions.

You will build strong relationships with students, provide motivation and guidance, and contribute to achieving both individual and team targets for engagement and sales performance. A Diploma 3 plus 1–2 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Owns a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
