Responsibilities

• Maintain good housekeeping at all times while performing daily tasks.
• Attend Toolbox Talks and report obstacles to the foreman promptly.
• Communicate ideas for quality or productivity improvements to the Fitter Foreman.
• Maintain traceability of cut material by recording identifications as per the Quality plan.
• Protect substrates with proper handling and avoid damage during fabrication.
• Fully understand instructions and expectations for productivity and quality.
• Adhere to high safety standards and company policies.
