Job summary

Fit Hub is seeking a remote Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach to deliver virtual coaching to clients worldwide. You will design customized workouts, provide nutrition guidance, and use online platforms to track progress and accountability.

You must be a certified trainer with at least 2 years of experience, capable of communicating effectively, and comfortable using Zoom, Skype and fitness apps to support a global clientele from a home office.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized personal training organization (ACE/NASM/ACSM).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and fitness tracking apps.
• A dedicated home office space with reliable internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual personal training sessions via video conferencing, adapting exercises to client environments.
• Develop personalized fitness and nutrition plans based on client goals, fitness levels, and preferences.
• Monitor client progress, provide regular feedback, and make adjustments to training programs.
• Offer ongoing motivation, support, and accountability to help clients stay on track.
• Educate clients on proper exercise technique, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain client records and manage scheduling efficiently through online tools.
