Job summary

Stie Yai is seeking a driven final-year student for a paid internship focused on strategic planning, business analysis, and cross-functional projects in a hybrid setup.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and business teams, support go-to-market initiatives, and prepare presentations and executive materials. This hands-on role offers real exposure to decision-making processes and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Final-year student from any major, preferably Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across marketing, operations, product, and business teams.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in AI prompting (preferably Claude & ChatGPT) and Google Workspace (especially Google Slides & Google Sheets).
• Experience with Notion or other project management tools is a plus.
• Skilled in using Canva or other visual design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and timelines.
• Contribute to market, customer, and competitor research to support decisions.
• Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new products, campaigns, and partnerships.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, reports, and executive materials.
• Participate in project performance tracking, identify risks, and suggest improvements.
• Analyze business and marketing data to generate decision insights.
• Support stakeholder management by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Document processes and improve workflows to contribute to operational excellence.
• Take part in ad hoc strategic initiatives assigned by leadership.
