Job summary

Ajaib Group, a fast-growing Indonesian fintech, seeks a Strategy & Projects professional to work with senior leadership on shaping key priorities and accelerating execution. You will drive strategic initiatives, perform market research, and coordinate diverse teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will partner with leaders across the organization, develop compelling business cases, and create executive-level presentations to inform planning and decision-making in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, project management, or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate strategy, consulting, or executive support role.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-priority strategic initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business assessments to generate actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive execution against company objectives.
• Manage end-to-end projects, including planning, stakeholder management, execution tracking, and post-implementation reviews.
• Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and recommendations for leadership discussions and strategic planning.
• Establish performance metrics, monitor key initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across teams and ensure strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities to help shape the company’s long-term strategy.
• Experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, project management, or related fields is preferred.
