This is a high-ownership role with accountability and leadership exposure. You will build and maintain financial models, structure transactions, review contracts, support due diligence, and translate data into actionable insights for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related field.
• Strong financial modelling in Excel; build auditable models from scratch.
• Ability to read agreements and explain commercial risk in plain language.
• Understanding of transaction structuring: equity vs. debt, JV structures.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models and valuations (DCF, comps).
• Structure transactions and evaluate commercial, tax and risk implications.
• Review term sheets, SPAs, JV/shareholder agreements; coordinate with counsel.
• Support M&A processes: screen targets, due diligence, memos and IC materials.
• Turn data into insight; size opportunities and build business cases.
• Prepare decks, memos and dashboards for leadership and boards.
• Drive execution; manage workstreams with minimal supervision.
