Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Warehouse Manager for its Cocoa and Chocolate Gresik plant. You will oversee inventory and warehouse activities, coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensure data accuracy in business systems and shipment documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of logistics software and document flows, with 2–5 years in logistics or warehousing, preferably in food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of managing complex internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven persistence and ability to successfully lead teams.
• Knowledge of business management software modules used in administration of logistics.
• Understanding of logistics document processes and flows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and handle material management for CCC Gresik plant by providing written electronic and telephone communication for documentation, warehouse and shipment to ensure efficient movement of goods.
• Provide direction and settle invoices and other documents regarding warehouse management in collaboration with the accounting department following the established schedule.
• Conduct in depth research and participate in inventories, reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure their timely settlement.
• Partner and collaborate with other departments and locations to reconcile discrepancies related to the circulation of documents.
• Lead and collaborate with the transportation and trade operations department in the scope of shipment arrangements or clarification of any irregularities or discrepancies for the delivery of goods.
• Oversee the validation of generated warehouse documents and stock movements for accuracy and take immediate action to correct inaccuracies.
• Other duties as assigned
• Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
