Job summary

Zuellig Pharma Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Business Partner Manager in Jakarta Pusat to lead end-to-end planning, procurement and inventory management. You will act as the primary strategic partner for Business Segments and drive S&OP processes over 24+ months.

The role focuses on optimizing DOI, managing NWC, enhancing supplier OTIF, and aligning cross-functional teams across Commercial, Finance and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, SCM, or related discipline.
• 4+ years in core supply chain operations (demand planning, inventory, procurement).
• 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience leading S&OP or IBP cycles.
• Strong experience with Net Working Capital management and inventory optimization.
• Hands-on with SAP MM/PP or similar ERP/WMS systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly integrated S&OP process across designated business units.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Operations to align operational execution with goals.
• Facilitate monthly forecast reviews with the Sales team and analyze PO status.
• Plan and place POs adhering to DOI and demand forecasts.
• Monitor and optimize Net Working Capital and counter SLOB/short expiry risks.
• Track supplier OTIF performance and manage stock allocations and transfers.
• Partner with Logistics and Finance on GR-IR reconciliation.
