Job summary

Takeda in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks an experienced Procurement/Accounts Payable Coordinator to ensure supply continuity and seamless P2P processes. The role focuses on consolidating center requirements, managing supplier registration, and tracking orders, invoices and service activities across centers.

You will coordinate with Procurement, Finance and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, reconcile accounts and support budget controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in purchasing, invoice follow-up or supplier/service coordination; able to resolve transactional issues independently.
• Strong attention to detail and structured problem solving in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate center requirements and maintain visibility of orders, lead times and replenishment needs.
• Coordinate supplier registration, master-data requests and delivery issue resolutions.
• Progress purchase requisitions, POs and blanket orders with accurate coding and approval routing.
• Investigate invoice differences and coordinate corrections with suppliers, Procurement and Finance.
• Reconcile open orders and invoices at period end for accruals and cost control.
• Coordinate vendor visits, delivery dates and service dates with cross-functional teams.
• Support center openings with supplier registrations, cost-centre alignment and access requests.
• Provide first-line guidance on purchasing processes and maintain job aids and trackers.
• Identify root causes of errors and propose practical improvements; maintain audit-ready records.
• Maintain evidence for operational review and audits; escalate issues with clear owners and deadlines.
