Qualifications

• 3-5 years in leadership roles in relief/development or corporate strategic planning.
• At least 3 years in program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and risk management.
• Master's Degree in Strategy Management, Economics, Social Studies, Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Certifications in strategic planning, risk management or evidence-based practices are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development, execution, monitoring and review of country strategy and annual implementation plans.
• Ensure alignment of strategies and implementation plans across departments and programs.
• Lead risk management, policy adherence and knowledge management to support organizational learning.
• Provide leadership within the Executive Leadership Team and model Christian principles and organizational values.
• Foster partnerships, advocacy and resource mobilization in support of strategy execution.
