SCHOTT AG in Bekasi, Indonesia seeks a procurement professional to implement and support sourcing strategies, manage contracts and supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with IMSU/EHS and CSR standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree or technical apprenticeship, has 1–2 years in purchasing, and demonstrates fluent English, strong negotiation and analytical skills, plus familiarity with SAP and sourcing processes.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required; 1–2 years in purchasing or related area preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus; strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Experience with SAP and sourcing processes; knowledge of business law is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and support prescribed sourcing strategies, price negotiations, and supplier relations.
• Ensure punctual and accurate processing of contracts and orders; monitor supplier performance and CSR/IMS/UHS compliance.
• Maintain knowledge through continuous training and development.
