PT Bumi Santosa Cemerlang in Jakarta is seeking a Public Policy and Government Relations Manager to build and maintain relationships with policy makers and associations. The role focuses on anticipating regulatory developments and communicating risks to management and teams to safeguard business interests.

The successful candidate will translate complex regulations into clear guidance, design stakeholder maps, and drive cross-functional advocacy projects while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial policy within government or related associations.
• Understanding of the financial sector; licenses such as WAPERD or WPPE are a plus.
• Experience in managing advocacy projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak and write English and Bahasa fluently.
• Excellent communicator able to translate complex issues for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel for meetings outside the office.

Responsabilités

• Assess potential regulatory issues and develop a strategic advocacy plan.
• Design a Stakeholder Mapping Report to identify key policymakers and regulators.
• Translate complex regulations into clear, actionable information for all departments.
• Collaborate with compliance and manage cross-functional public policy projects.
• Support the team on administrative matters.
